Our 1st year at Fairchild Chocolate Festival

We want to thank ALL those who stopped by our booth this past weekend at Fairchild's 6th Annual International Chocolate Festival in Coral Gables.  It was our first time, and while opening up our business to the eyes of 13,000 patrons, it was exhausting, yet more importantly, elating!

It was no easy task preparing for an event of this magnitude for our small little business, but we did it, and we couldn't be happier with the way it turned out!  It was funny to see the expressions on everyone's face when they realized we weren't actually selling CD's, we were selling chocolate CD's!!  Many people confessed to us that our printing was of such a high quality, it was hard to believe it was chocolate, and many of them wondered who we were and why were we at a chocolate festival, until they came a little closer and saw that it was, in fact, CHOCOLATE...and tried our delicious samples, of course.

So many reasons to use chocolography, so little time!

WOW...has it really been that long since we posted something here?  In that case, Happy Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, Valentine's Day, and now...St. Patrick's!  Easter is coming up, and of course, Mother's Day.

Making others happy with the magic of chocolography never ends.  We are eternally grateful to have a wonderful first quarter for 2010.  Our customers are the best!  We also now have a new logo, and a new slogan - "Picture it...On Chocolate!"  The idea behind our new branding is to have a clean, modern feel, with a logo and slogan that appealed to everyone, since EVERYONE qualifies as our customer!!  For business promo, weddings, showers, bar/bat mitzvahs, birthdays, etc.....we cover the entire spectrum.  We sincerely hope that you all love our new look as much as we do!

Since chocolography has no specific customer, and is a wonderful gift for anyone, or great favor for ANY event...we decided that each month, we would post a list of suggestions for chocolography.  We guarantee that one of these will apply to YOU!

Well, let's see....up next is Passover and Easter...so let's talk about that!  Here are our ideas:

- Our #1 seller - Personalized chocolate Easter Baskets...Oh my goodness, what a crowd pleaser!!

- Children at school, classmates, friends & family...personalize our oval shaped deluxe pops with the Easter Bunny, and each child's name.

The business of making people happy...

I feel compelled to write out my thoughts today after having (yet another) wonderful "chocolate" meeting with a lovely family.   About a year and a half ago, I decided to open my own business...I had left my pharmaceutical sales job of many years, and wanted to spend more time with my two children.  I needed a job that made me feel truly happy and made others feel the same way.  Sounds simple, right?

I never in my wildest dreams would have thought I would be a chocolography owner, and besides, I had not even heard of it at all.  I came upon it by chance, and thought, "What is chocolography????"

Turns out this was exactly what I was looking for.  Who would have thought that personalizing chocolates for your customers could create such genuine feelings of joy, gratitude, and excitement!  Each and every customer I deal with leaves with a smile from ear-to-ear, and I get rewarded with their hugs and kisses for making their child, friend, mother, cousin, client, etc...happy.  I did not realize how powerful chocolate was!!  Just the mention of the word and people become giddy...must be true what they say about chocolate elevating the endorphins in the brain!

There's so much happiness going around that I have to pinch myself to see if it's real.  So here I sit, still amazed, and feeling grateful for being in the business of making people happy.  That's it for today, short and sweet, AMEN:)

Chocolography "LIVE"

People are constantly asking me what is the difference between Chocolography and Chocolography "Live".....Well, it's my pleasure to clear that up!  "Live" means that we can come out to your event in person, set up a table/booth and take pictures of YOUR guests and print THEM on chocolate while they watch!  Your guests will be AH-MAZED, and your chocolography booth will be the talk of the town for months, even years later!

Besides being a form of entertainment for your guests, an added bonus is that the chocolate they take home can also double as their party favor!  GENIUS :-)

This can be for any type of event, for example: Weddings, Trade Shows, Conventions, Birthdays, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, corporate parties and product launches, fundraisers, and sporting events, just to name only a FEW!!
