The business of making people happy...

I feel compelled to write out my thoughts today after having (yet another) wonderful "chocolate" meeting with a lovely family.   About a year and a half ago, I decided to open my own business...I had left my pharmaceutical sales job of many years, and wanted to spend more time with my two children.  I needed a job that made me feel truly happy and made others feel the same way.  Sounds simple, right?

I never in my wildest dreams would have thought I would be a chocolography owner, and besides, I had not even heard of it at all.  I came upon it by chance, and thought, "What is chocolography????"

Turns out this was exactly what I was looking for.  Who would have thought that personalizing chocolates for your customers could create such genuine feelings of joy, gratitude, and excitement!  Each and every customer I deal with leaves with a smile from ear-to-ear, and I get rewarded with their hugs and kisses for making their child, friend, mother, cousin, client, etc...happy.  I did not realize how powerful chocolate was!!  Just the mention of the word and people become giddy...must be true what they say about chocolate elevating the endorphins in the brain!

There's so much happiness going around that I have to pinch myself to see if it's real.  So here I sit, still amazed, and feeling grateful for being in the business of making people happy.  That's it for today, short and sweet, AMEN:)
